WHAT I DO

Solutions I offer.

  1. 01from $1,500

    Web design & build

Designed for the business, built to last.

    from $1,500

    OVERVIEW

A site built to integrate perfectly with your business. A serious site is how a business shows it is serious, and more often than not it is the thing a business grows into its next stage on — that part is what I actually help with. It does not stop at launch either. I keep sites maintained and updated as the business needs.

    WHO IT'S GREAT FOR

New businesses that need to look serious from day one. Businesses with a catalogue, a menu or bookings to put in front of people. Anyone answering the same phone question twenty times a week that a page could answer instead. Established businesses whose site has aged and needs to look current again.

  2. 02from $2,000

    Branding

The whole identity, not just a logo.

    from $2,000

    OVERVIEW

Colour, type, logo and wordmark, built from scratch — or picked up and extended if you already have a direction that works. It goes past the logo to the things you actually hand people: business cards, banners, social templates. For a new business with nothing made yet, or an existing one modernising without losing what customers recognise.

    WHO IT'S GREAT FOR

New businesses with a clear idea of who they are and nothing made yet. Existing businesses that want to modernise without throwing away what customers already recognise, or that need a fresh run of promotional material.

    App design and build

From an idea to something in the store.

    from $15,000

    OVERVIEW

iOS and Android apps, designed and built end to end and taken through store submission. If you already have a site and want an app alongside it, both get built to feel like the same business rather than two separate things with the same logo. For anyone selling, booking or handling accounts on a phone.

HOW IT WORKS

Every project, every time.

Almost everything that goes wrong in this industry goes wrong between people — a brief that reaches the developer third-hand, a direction nobody actually signed off on, an invoice that grows every week it drags on. These four stages exist to close those gaps, and they work because I am the only person in all four of them.

  1. 01

    Brief

We work out what you are actually trying to achieve, not just what you want built. What the business does, who has to be convinced, what success would look like, and how far you have already got with things like branding. By the end of it I know the job and you know how I would approach it.

A shared understanding of the job.

  2. 02

    Creative loop

This is the part most studios skip. I bring you multiple genuinely different directions — palettes, logo options, site mockups, a written design brief — and we go back and forth until it is right. Every round takes your feedback in. You are not approving a mood board and hoping; you see the thing before it gets built.

A direction you have actually seen and agreed to.

  3. 03

    Build

I build what we agreed on, usually inside a week. The same person who designed it, so nothing gets lost in translation, and no four weeks of silence ending in a reveal that is eighty per cent right.

    The finished thing, live.

  4. 04

    Maintain

Launch is not the end of it. New posts, weekly specials, a section that needs adding, a change six months later — that is all normal and I am reachable for it. Analytics too, if you want them: site traffic, ad reach, and what is actually working.

    Someone still there afterwards.

WHO

I’m Taksh. I run TrueForm.

Taksh, founder of TrueForm Software

I love building things, and I love making things that stand out. I have been into tech and engineering since I was young, and TrueForm is how I get to put those two together and have it be worth something to real people and real businesses. I give full working days to every project and do both the design and the build myself, which is why most sites are finished inside a week rather than a month.

QUESTIONS

The things people ask.

Prices, timelines, ownership, and what happens after launch.

How much does a website cost in Melbourne?

It depends on how much site there is, so here is the whole ladder rather than a range:

  • Landing page (1–3 pages) — from $1,500
  • Full website — from $5,000
  • Branding — from $2,000
  • App development — from $15,000
  • Care plan — from $150 / month
  • Photography (Melbourne, per session) — $200
  • The TrueForm Package — from $6,000

Every number is a starting point rather than a quote. What moves it is scope — how many pages, whether there is a booking system or a catalogue, whether the branding exists yet. I will give you a fixed number in writing before anything starts, and it does not move after that.

How long does a project take?

Most sites are finished inside a week of starting the build. The part before that — working out what the business actually needs, and going back and forth on multiple directions until one is right — takes as long as it takes, usually another week or two depending on how quickly feedback comes back.

The reason it is a week and not a month is that there is nobody to hand it to. The person who designed it builds it, so nothing waits in a queue between the two.

What do you need from me to get started?

A conversation first, and nothing prepared. I want to know what the business does and what success would actually look like — that is the Brief stage and it is where most of the useful information comes out.

After that: any branding you already have, whatever copy or photos exist, and access to the domain if there is one. If none of that exists yet, that is normal and it is part of the job rather than a prerequisite for it.

What if I do not like any of the directions?

Then we keep going. The creative loop exists precisely so that you see the thing before it is built — multiple genuinely different directions, and every round takes your feedback in. Nothing gets built until you have actually seen it and said yes to it.

If none of the first set land, that is information rather than a problem: it usually means the brief missed something, and the second set is better for it.

Why one person instead of an agency?

Because most of what goes wrong on a project goes wrong between people. A brief reaches the developer third-hand, a direction nobody quite signed off on gets built, and the invoice grows every week it drags on.

One person holding the whole project means there is nothing to hand over and nothing to lose in translation. It also means I take on fewer projects at once, which is the trade — you get the attention, and I cannot take everything.

What happens after launch, is maintenance included, and do I get analytics?

Yes to all three, and they are the same thing: a care plan, from $150 / month.

It covers content changes as the business needs them, software and security kept up to date, and analytics set up properly so you can see traffic, reach and what is actually bringing people in.

You can start it any time after launch rather than committing at the beginning, and cancel it whenever you no longer want changes made. Nothing about the site stops working if you do.
