Getting it into the stores
Store review is the part that surprises people, so it is planned for rather than discovered. Apple and Google both reject on things that have nothing to do with whether the app works — a missing privacy declaration, a screenshot at the wrong size, an account they cannot test with. That is handled as part of the build, and the developer accounts stay in your name.
